Electrical
Lumin infrared models plug into a standard 110V outlet (Lumin One & Two also support 220V).
Auris outdoor saunas and electric heaters may need 220–240V — plan for a licensed electrician.
Cold plunge needs a dedicated 110V outlet (12A) near the tub, ideally GFCI-protected.
Space & delivery
I measured the spot, including ceiling height and door/gate widths on the delivery path.
The floor or pad can hold the weight (475–1,350 lbs plus occupants).
Freight delivery takes about 18–65 business days; someone will be home to receive it.
Warranty
Lumin saunas and the cold plunge include a free 1-year warranty; Auris saunas include 5 years.
Warranty excludes normal wear, improper installation, misuse and weather damage.
Returns
All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video.
