Refund & Return Policy
Non-defective products
All sales are final. We only accept returns for defective products. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
Defective or damaged products
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. After we verify the defect, we'll repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
Inspection
All defect claims must be verified. We may ask for photos or video of the issue and your order number.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and appear within 30 days.
