Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the United States and Canada is free. International orders have a flat $2,999 shipping fee.

Estimated delivery

Processing: 3–5 business days. Transit: 15–60 business days. Total estimated delivery: 18–65 business days.

Delivery

Saunas ship by freight and are heavy (475–1,350 lbs). Make sure there is clear access to the delivery spot and someone available to receive the shipment. Inspect the packaging before signing.
